We are a community tennis club in Mississauga, Ontario affiliated with the City of Mississauga. The club is operated by dedicated volunteers with support from the City of Mississauga.
Fairview Tennis Club is located right in the middle of Dr. Martin L. Dobkin Park: a large 30 acre park in central Mississauga with a soccer field, a softball diamond, a baseball diamond, a play area right beside the tennis courts, and public restroom facilities.
Playing tennis is an excellent sport to maintain your health, fitness, strength and agility. Tennis is a great way to meet people and spend time with friends.

By sending payment to join Fairview Tennis Club to the email address ftcmississauga@gmail.com, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in tennis activities. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury and even death, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
By sending payment, I confirm my release of Fairview Tennis Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in tennis activities. This release includes, but is not limited to, any injury, death, or damage to myself or others.
Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency while on the court, Fairview Tennis Club will only be able to call 911 if there are members present at the court. I understand and accept that Fairview Tennis Club may not be able to provide direct medical assistance and that I am responsible for seeking and arranging medical treatment if necessary.

FAIRVIEW TENNIS CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
COURT ROTATION SCHEDULE
The following rotation schedule ensures a court will be available:
If all courts are occupied, check the current time, add 15 minutes, then choose the court number (1-4) that aligns with the upcoming quarter-hour mark to start your play.
Proceed in hanging your racket on green fixtures and sound the horn 3 times (both located by court 1)

COURT 4: | Quarter to the hour (00:45) |
Example: You arrive at 6:07 pm. Add 15 minutes to the current time, which makes it 6:22 pm. Therefore, you will be hanging your racket on Court 3. Press the horn three times. When 6:30 pm arrives, proceed to Court 3, making sure to avoid interfering with players on other courts.e occupied, check the current time, add 15 minutes, then choose any court number (1-4) that aligns with the upcoming quarter-hour mark to start your play.
Along with the Rules and Regulations which we encourage all members to read and abide by, this is a reminder of the following:
- The courts are open every day between the hours of 7 AM to 11 PM.
- Please turn off the court lights if you are the last player to leave.
- Court 4 will be designated as a PRACTICE COURT when using a basket of tennis balls (ie, more than 3 or 4), ONLY IF no members are waiting for a court unless coaching is being conducted by the club's coaches.
- PLEASE RECYCLE TENNIS BALL CONTAINERS. If aluminum, recyclable. If plastic, most of them are made of PET and have an aluminum lid, also recyclable.
We hope that all members will comply with these rules to make the tennis season this summer more safe and enjoyable for all.
- It is recommended that members hang their tags on their tennis bags. Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn at all times. Appropriate tennis attire is expected. Members are also requested to wear shirts while on the courts.
- Upon completion of play, it is the responsibility of the last member leaving the courts to ensure that the entrance gate is securely locked upon departure.
- Tournaments, inter-club matches and lessons approved by the Executive shall take priority for court use. Please refer to the website (which will be kept current) or calendar of events.
- Juniors will be given priority from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Adult members have priority after 4:00 PM. Juniors will be allowed to play after 4:00 PM, only if playing with a parent or adult legal guardian. Juniors are permitted to play on Saturdays and Sundays, during any open period.
- Spectators are NOT allowed inside the fenced court area while games are in progress. Bikes, skateboards and inline or roller skates are also NOT allowed inside the fenced area. Bikes must be kept locked outside the courts in the bike racks provided.
- Players and spectators are expected to respect the rights of other players. Shouting, swearing and heckling will not be tolerated.
- The practice board on Court 4 is to be used only if players are not using it. Court #4 is designated as the Practice Court when using a basket of tennis balls (i.e., more than 3 or 4 tennis balls), ONLY IF no members are waiting for a court unless coaching is being conducted by the club's coaches.
- Club members or club-appointed court monitors/supervisors will enforce the above rules.

Fairview Tennis Club is located right in the middle of Dr. Martin L. Dobkin Park, behind Father Michael Goetz Secondary School at Central Parkway W & Confederation Parkway.
Dr. Martin L. Dobkin Community Park is a large 30 acre park in central Mississauga with a soccer field, a softball diamond, a baseball diamond, a play area right beside the tennis courts, and public restroom facilities.
You may park in the small parking lot located off Central Parkway W, just west of Confederation Parkway (west of Father Michael Goetz Secondary School). The courts cannot be seen from the parking lot - proceed southward past the baseball diamond to get to the courts.
There is another small parking lot at the south entrance of the park, located off Fairvew Rd W. The tennis courts are northward past the softball diamond and the soccer field.
