WELCOME TO FAIRVIEW TENNIS CLUB
We are a community tennis club open to Mississauga residents. We are located in Mississauga, Ontario, affiliated with the City of Mississauga and operated by dedicated volunteers with support from the city. Nestled in the heart of Dr. Martin L. Dobkin Park, a 30-acre park in central Mississauga, the club is surrounded by a soccer field, a softball diamond, a baseball diamond, a play area beside the tennis courts, and public restroom facilities. Fairview Tennis Club features 4 lit, hard-surfaced tennis courts, open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By sending payment to join Fairview Tennis Club to the email address ftcmississauga@gmail.com, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in tennis activities. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury and even death, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
By sending payment, I confirm my release of Fairview Tennis Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in tennis activities. This release includes, but is not limited to, any injury, death, or damage to myself or others.
Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency while on the court, Fairview Tennis Club will only be able to call 911 if there are members present at the court. I understand and accept that Fairview Tennis Club may not be able to provide direct medical assistance and that I am responsible for seeking and arranging medical treatment if necessary.
Mandatory Membership Registration & Payment Policy:
E-transfer payments should be sent to: ftcmississauga@gmail.com
Submitting payment confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to all club terms, including the waiver and rules.
E-transfer message must include:
- Full name of the registered player
- Email address
- Phone number
- City of residence (if not a Mississauga resident)
Membership is only valid once full payment and required information are received.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Non-member court access:
- $10 guest fee is mandatory for all non-members
- Payment must be made by e-transfer before entering the court — no exceptions
- Members bringing guests are fully responsible for ensuring payment is completed in advance
COURT SCHEDULE
COURT ROTATION SCHEDULE
Singles play is strictly prohibited at any time when one or more members are waiting for court access. This rule is mandatory and must be complied with at all times without exception.

Accessing the Tennis Court When All Courts Are Occupied -> Follow these steps:
| 1. If all courts are occupied, check the current time and add 15 minutes. |
| 2. Choose the court number (1-4) that aligns with the upcoming quarter-hour mark to start your play. |
| 3. Hang your racket on the green fixtures and sound the horn three times (both located by Court 1). |

FAIRVIEW TENNIS CLUB COURTESY AND RESPECT POLICY
At Fairview Tennis Club, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members. To ensure that everyone has a great experience, all participants must adhere to the following principles:
1. Respect for Others: Treat all members with courtesy and respect at all times. Offensive language, unsportsmanlike conduct, and any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
2. Fair Play: All members are expected to play honestly and fairly. Cheating, intentionally bending rules, or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior is inconsistent with our standards and will not be allowed.
3. Sportsmanship: Shake hands at the end of every match, win or lose, and maintain a friendly atmosphere on and off the court.
4. Adherence to Rules: Follow all club rules and tournament guidelines to ensure smooth and fair play for everyone involved.
5. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of unwelcome behaviour has no place at our club — on or off the court.
